المشاركة المجتمعية في السياسة العامة الإقتصادية ودورها في تحقيق التنويع الإقتصادي في الجزائر.

Résumé: يتبلور المفهوم الجديد للسياسات العامة الإقتصادية من خلال التفاعل بين الجهود الحكومية والمشاركة المجتمعية للوصول إلى إقتصاد متنوع قادر على مواجهة مخاطر الاعتماد على مورد اقتصادي واحد. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المشاركة المجتمعية في بناء سياسة عامة إقتصادية تحقق إقتصاد متنوع، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والذي يمكننا من تحليل واقع السياسة العامة الإقتصادية في الجزائر وانعكاساتها على التنويع الإقتصادي، والوقوف على مدى مشاركة المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص في صنع وتنفيذ القرار الإقتصادي، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الإقتصاد الجزائري غير متنوع رغم ما تزخر به من إمكانات إقتصادية متنوعة، ويرجع ذلك إلى سيطرة الحكومة على صنع القرار وغياب شبه تام للمشاركة المجتمعية. The new concept of economic public policies is crystallized through the interaction between government efforts and community participation to reach a diversification economy capable of facing the risks of relying on a single economic resource. This study aims to highlight the role of community participation in building an economic public policy that achieves a diversified economy, based on the analytical descriptive approach, which enables us to analyze the reality of economic public policy in Algeria and its implications for economic diversification, and determining the extent of the participation of civil society and the private sector in making and implementing the economic decision. The Algerian economy is not diversified despite its diverse capabilities. This is due to the government's control over decision-making and the almost complete absence of community participation.
