تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية في ظل متطلبات التنافسية العالمية - الشراكة الاوروجزائرية كنموذج –

Résumé: يعتبر برنامج تأهيل المؤسسات من بين الوسائل المساعدة على ترقية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وقد قامت الجزائر بانتهاج سياسة التأهيل من اجل ترقية المؤسسات وتحضيرها للمنافسة مع المنتجات الأجنبية خاصة في ظل الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوربي وتفعيل منطقة التبادل الحر وما ينتج عنه من منافسة شديدة تعترض المؤسسات. وبالتالي التقليل من المخاطر المحتملة والتي تصيب المؤسسات جراء المنافسة غير المتكافئة مع المؤسسات الأوربية. The rehabilitation of institutions program is one the means of helping to modernize the Small medium companies SMC. So Algeria has established a policy of rehabilitation in order to improve and prepare the companies to the compete with foreign companies and specially in the partnership with the European union, and the activation of the free trade area, which means that companies will face high competition. Therefore, the objective of this policy is to reduce the risk that might affect the companies due to unfair competition with the European companies.
