أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على تطبيق إدارة المعرفة -دراسة حالة مؤسسة أوبتيموم تيليكوم الجزائر "جازي"-

Résumé: تسعى ورقتنا البحثية هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسة، مع دراسة حالة في مؤسسة أوراسكوم اتصالات الجزائر"جازي" ، وقد تحدد أنموذج الدراسة بمتغير مستقل تمثل في (تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال) ومتغير تابع تمثل في ( إدارة المعرفة )،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم وتطوير استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد عينة البحث، كما تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل البيانات إحصائيا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر إيجابي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسة المبحوثة، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تهيئة ظروف العمل الملائمة وتعزيز تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بغرض تعزيز وضمان نجاح المداخل الإدارية الحديثة. Abstract: Our research paper seeks this study to identify the impact of information and communication technology on the application of knowledge management in the company, with a case study in Orascom Telecom Algeria "Djezzy". The study model was determined by an independent variable represented in (Information and Communication Technology) and a dependent variable represented in (Management knowledge), and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and developed for the purpose of collecting data from the members of the research sample, and a set of statistical methods were used to analyze the data statistically, and the study concluded that there is a positive impact of information and communication technology on knowledge management in the researched company. Appropriate working conditions and the promotion of information and communication technology in order to enhance and ensure the success of modern administrative approaches.
