Résumé: تطلعت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية، وبيان دورها في العلاقات الدولية، وتبيان كيف أن للقوة الاقتصادية وأدواتها تلعبان دورا محوريا في السياسات الدولية بجانب القوة العسكرية، وأن العلاقات الدولية إما علاقات تعاونية أو نزاعية، أو الاثنين معا، والدبلوماسية الاقتصادية هي استخدام كل ما أتيحت من إمكانات وقدرات اقتصادية للبلد سواء بشكل تعاوني من خلال المساعدات ... أو استخدامها كعقوبات اقتصادية... تطويعا لأهداف الدولة. This research paper aspired to find out about economic diplomacy, its role in international relations, and how economic power and its tools play a pivotal role in international politics besides military power, and that international relations are either cooperative or conflict relations, or both, and economic diplomacy is the use of all the available potentials and economic capabilities of the country, whether cooperatively through aid ... Or use them as economic sanctions... Adapt to the goals of the state.
