تطبيق نظرية الألعاب في تفسير قرارات اليقظة الإستراتيجية( شركة موبليس، الجزائر نموذجا)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مقارنة سوق الهاتف النقال بالتركيز على المؤسسة الجزائرية للهاتف النقال "موبيليس" بصفتها الرائدة فيه، من اجل معرفة واقع اليقظة الإستراتيجية فيها، لإبراز أثر توفر نظام الترصد البيئي في تحديد إستراتجيات محكمة بما يتناسب مع الظروف الجغرافية، الاجتماعية و خاصة التمويلية لديها . كما اهتمت هذه الدراسة إلى استخدام معطيات اليقظة الإستراتيجية في أسلوب من الأساليب الكمية لاتخاذ القرارات لنموذج نظرية الألعاب لتفسير سلوك مؤسسة موبيليس، التي خلصت إلى أن استعمال نظرية الألعاب تمكننا من تقليص البدائل الممكنة وتحديد نتيجة كل بديل، وبالتالي تساعد على التنبؤ لتحسين زيادة فعالية و جودة القرارات. Abstract : This study aims to compare the mobile phone market by focusing on the Algerian mobile phone company “Mobilis” as the leader in it, in order to know the reality of strategic vigilance in it, to highlight the impact of the availability of the environmental surveillance system in determining tight strategies commensurate with the geographical, social and especially financing conditions. This study also examined the use of strategic vigilance data in a quantitative decision-making method for the game theory model to interpret the behaviour of Mobilis company, it concluded that using game theory allows us to reduce possible alternatives and determine the outcome of each alternative, thus helping to predict to improve the efficiency and quality of decisions.
