دور الدبلوماسية الرقمية في دعم القضية الفلسطينية دوليا

Résumé: في فلسطين، أظهرت الدبلوماسية الرقمية فعاليتها في تعزيز جهود الدبلوماسية العامة. استخدمت المنظمات الفلسطينية والنشطاء وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل فعّال للدفاع عن حقوقهم على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي. أصبحت الدبلوماسية الرقمية أداة أساسية للتواصل في حالات الأزمات، وتحديث الأحداث في الوقت الفعلي وتصدي للمعلومات المضللة أمور حيوية. في ظل الصراع الطويل، برزت الدبلوماسية الرقمية كوسيلة حيوية للتفاعل مع المجتمع الدولي وتشكيل السرد حول الحوادث في المنطقة. قدمت فلسطين رؤيتها مباشرة للجمهور العالمي وجذبت الدعم لقضيتها. تعد الدبلوماسية الرقمية أيضًا وسيلة لتحسين صورة الدولة لدى الشعوب الأخرى وتحقيق أهداف السياسة الخارجية. تكاملت مع الدبلوماسية التقليدية لاستفادة من فعاليتها الشعبية، حيث خرج كبار الساسة والدبلوماسيين للتفاعل مع الجمهور والحوار مع مختلف التوجهات. مع استمرار تطور التكنولوجيا، ستظل الدبلوماسية الرقمية جزءًا أساسيًا من الاستراتيجية الدبلوماسية لفلسطين، مما يؤثر على ديناميكيات الصراع ويشكل التصورات الدولية للمستقبل. Abstract: In Palestine, digital diplomacy has demonstrated its effectiveness in promoting public diplomacy efforts. Palestinian organizations and activists have effectively used social media to defend their rights regionally and internationally. Digital diplomacy has become an essential tool for crisis communication, real-time updates and countering disinformation are vital. In the long struggle, digital diplomacy has emerged as a vital means of interacting with the international community and shaping the narrative about events in the region. Palestine presented its vision directly to a global audience and attracted support for its cause. Digital diplomacy is also a means of improving the image of the state in other peoples and achieving foreign policy goals. It integrated with traditional diplomacy to take advantage of its popular effectiveness, where senior politicians and diplomats came out to interact with the public and dialogue with various orientations. As technology continues to evolve, digital diplomacy will remain an essential part of Palestine's diplomatic strategy, influencing conflict dynamics and shaping international perceptions of the future.
