تحديات انهيار أسعار النفط وتراجع العوائد في الجزائر

Résumé: الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة التعريف بالعوائد النفطية باعتبار أن النفط أثبت جدارته وأهميته في حشد الموارد المالية اللازمة لتغطية احتياجات الدول لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، مع محاولة الوقوف على الوضعية الراهنة لازمة أسعار النفط وأسباب انهيارها والتي أبانت عن نقائص و ثغرات في الاقتصاديات النفطية حتمت على الدول النفطية وضع تحدي هو البحث على أدوات بديلة خارج قطاع المحروقات قصد الاستفادة منها في سبيل دفع عجلة التنمية في ظل شح مواردها المالية نتيجة تراجع أسعار النفط. الكلمات المفتاحية: العوائد النفطية، التنمية الاقتصادية، أسعار النفط ، أدوات بديلة . ABSTRACT: This study deals with the definition of oil revenues as oil proved its worth and importance in mobilizing the necessary financial resources to cover the needs of countries to achieve economic and social development, while trying to determine the current situation of the oil price crisis and the reasons of its collapse, which showed the shortcomings and gaps in the oil economies. The challenge is to look at alternative tools outside the hydrocarbon sector in order to benefit from them in order to accelerate development in light of the scarcity of financial resources due to the decline in oil prices.
