Résumé: نهدف من هذه الورقة إلى عقد قراءة تحليلية مصطلحية لمفهوم المقاصد كما تناوله المفكر المغربي طه عبد الرحمن في كتابه "تجديد المنهج في تقويم التراث" رَدًّا على المفكر المغربي الآخر محمد عابد الجابري، حيث سعى الأول إلى تفكيك الفعل المشترك "قَصَد" إلى دلالات ثلاث يصرح هو بأنه لم يُسْبَقْ إلى تفصيل الفروق بينها، كل ذلك في سبيل إثبات نظريته التكاملية في قراءة التراث، مع منزعه المشهور في الانتصار لنظام المعرفة العرفاني الأخلاقي القائم على العقل المؤيَّد، وهو ما دفع به إلى استجلاء الأسس الأخلاقية لنظرية المقاصد الشاطبية ضمن تلك الدلالات، مُرَتِّبًا على ذلك تقويما أخلاقيا للاختلال الذي لاحظه في بناء هذه النظرية، وعليه فإنني أسعى هنا إلى عرض صنيعه ذلك بشكل تقريبي، أحاول أن أشفعه بإيضاحات لبعض زواياه الخفية وخلفياته المضمرة وآلياته الموَظَّفة، خصوصا فيما يتصل بمنزعه التداولي الشهير. We aim from this paper to hold an analytical reading of the concept of "AL-Maqasid" as addressed by Moroccan thinker Taha Abdel Rahman in his book" Renewing the approach in evaluating heritage" in his response to the other Moroccan thinker Mohamed Abed Al-Jabiri. where Taha sought to deconstruct the Common verb “Qasada ”into three meanings , Stating that no one has ever elaborated the differences between them! All this in order to prove his integrative theory of reading heritage, and his doctrine of preference for the ethical knowledge system, which prompted him to reveal the moral foundations of Al-Shatiby's Maqasid Theory through these three meanings, and then evaluate the defect in this theory from an ethical side. Accordingly, I am trying to present Taha Abdel Rahman's work in an approximate manner, trying to support it with clarifications of some of the hidden aspects and and the mechanisms used, especially his famous pragmatic approach.
