حماية الطفولة من البيئة الضارة في ظل التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: ملخص: تكتسي الحماية القانونية الطفولة أهمية بالغة من خلال الحماية التشريعية _ الدولية و الوطنية _ و الحماية القضائية التي أولى لها المشرع الجزائري عناية و رعاية بسن النصوص و إحداث الهيئات التي تهدف إلى القضاء السلوكيات الضارة بالطفل و المنافية للقانون و للأخلاق و الدين و الأعراف . كما ألزم القانون الأشخاص لاسيما المتعاملين الاقتصاديين بحماية البيئة و عدم هدر الموارد الطبيعية بالاستغلال الأمثل لها و ضمان حقوق الأطفال في العيش الكريم و التقدم نحو مستقبل يوفر لهم متطلبات الحياة الكريمة . summary: Childhood legal protection is of great importance through legislative protection - international and national - and judicial protection, to which the Algerian legislator has given care and care by enacting texts And the creation of bodies aimed at eliminating behaviors harmful to children and contrary to the law, morals, religion and customs. The law also obligates people, especially economic operators, to protect the environment and not to waste natural resources by making the best use of them. And guarantee the rights of children to live a decent life and progress towards a future that provides them with the requirements of a decent life.
