Résumé: تختلف الحماية القانونية للحق في الخصوصية أثناء مرحلة التحقيق القضائي من مجتمع لآخر، ومن تنظيم قانوني لآخر سواء من خلال تحديد الأشخاص المعنيين بالتمتع بهذا الحق أو من حيث تحديد نطاق الحق وكيفية معالجة التشريع الجزائري للحق في الخصوصية مع ما هو معمول به دوليا، من خلال مختلف الاتفاقيات الدولية خاصة التي صادقت عليها الجزائر، من خلال التطرق أيضا إلى التنظيم القانوني للحق في الخصوصية في مرحلة التحقيق القضائي ببيان الحدود القانونية متى يبدأ ومتى ينتهي، بالإضافة إلى دراسة تحليلية للنصوص القانونية في قانون العقوبات و الإجراءات الجزائية التي تحمل استثناءات تتيح المساس بهذا الحق في إطار الشرعية الإجرائية القانونية من خلال بيان الشروط الإجرائية اللازمة لإجراءات التحقيق القضائي على الحق في الخصوصية، في سبيل تحقيق العدالة وصولا إلى مدى توفيق المشرع الجزائري في ضمان الحماية القانونية.//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Legal protection of the right of privacy during the judicial investigation stage varies from one society to another, and from one legal organization to another, whether by defining the persons who have this right or in terms of defining the scope of this right and how The Algerian legislation addresses it according to scientific and international developments and International conventions ratified by Algeria.
