دور التمويل الإسلامي التعاوني في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة-تجربة المصارف التعاونية الماليزية

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على دور التمويل التعاوني الإسلامي كأحد الآليات المبتكرة لتمويل التنمية المستدامة. فلقد شهد هذا النمط التمويلي تطورا كبيرا منذ ظهوره كنتيجة للتنوع الثري فيه وحداثة الأدوات المالية التي يجيزها في ضوء المنافسة غير التعاونية. وبفرض أن التمويل التعاوني الإسلامي ضروري للتنمية المستدامة، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات التعاونية الإسلامية يمكن أن تلعب دوراً محورياً نحو التقدم في أهداف التنمية المستدامة باعتبار أنها تجمع بين الربحية طويلة الأجل، السلوك الأخلاقي، العدالة الاجتماعية والحماية البيئية. ولإثبات هذا الدور استعرضت الدراسة تجربة المصارف التعاونية الماليزية التي ابتكرت منتجات اسلامية جديدة وعززت المنتجات القائمة على النهج التعاوني المستدام القائم على مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية وحققت الريادة في نتائج التنمية المستدامة. This study seeks to highlight the role of Islamic cooperative finance as one of the innovative mechanisms for financing sustainable development. This funding pattern has evolved considerably since its emergence as result of its rich diversity and the newness of the financial instruments it allows in the light of non-cooperative competition. Assuming that Islamic cooperative financing is essential for sustainable development, the study found that Islamic cooperative institutions could play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable development goals as they combine long-term profitability, ethical behavior, social justice and environmental protection. To demonstrate this role, the study reviewed the experience of Malaysian cooperative banks that have created new Islamic products and promoted products based on a sustainable cooperative approach based on the purposes of Islamic Maqasid al-Shariah and achieved leadership in sustainable development outcomes.
