Résumé: This study aimed to investigate the role of training in enhancing and developing the professional competence of teachers at the intermediate education level by showcasing training programs from internal and external visits to enhance teachers' competence at the intermediate level. It also aimed to identify the content of training, the necessary scientific seminars, training days, and its role in detecting skills and abilities related to training during service. For this purpose, a field methodology and a questionnaire tool were adopted, followed by comprehensive surveys. In conclusion, the following results were obtained: Training is an effective role in increasing the competence of teachers at the intermediate level. Training contributes to the development of capabilities and skills for teachers at the intermediate level.
