المحددات الاقتصادية لادخار العائلات الجزائرية لدى الصندوق الوطني للتوفير و الاحتياط-بنك دراسة قياسية اقتصادية للفترة(1987-2019)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة العوامل التي تؤثر في ادخار العائلات الجزائرية لدى الصندوق الوطني للتوفير و الاحتياط-بنك، مراعين في ذلك تقدير و تحليل مختلف نماذج الادخار النظرية بالاعتماد على معطيات إحصائية سنوية للفترة 1987-2019، حيث توصلنا إلى أن النموذج الأكثر دلالة على ادخار العائلات الجزائرية لدى الصندوق الوطني للتوفير و الاحتياط-بنك و الأكثر تطابق مع الواقع هو نموذج الدخل الدائم، و من هنا متغيرات هذه الدالة هي محددات دالة ادخار العائلات الجزائرية لدى الصندوق الوطني للتوفير و الاحتياط –بنك، حيث تبين أن العائلات الجزائرية تتخذ قراراتها في الادخار انطلاقا من دخلها الجاري ، إذ لا تبالي إلى بشكل ثانوي بارتفاع الاسعار و معدلات الفائدة المقترحة من طرف البنك. الكلمات المفتاحية: الادخار، محددات الادخار، دراسة قياسية، الادخار العائلي تصنيف JEL: E21, E27, G51,C13 Abstract: This study aims to try to know the factors that affect the savings of Algerian household at the National Savings and Provident Fund-Bank, taking into account the estimation and analysis of various theoretical saving models based on annual statistical data during the period 1987-2019, where we found that the model is the most indicative of Algerian household savings at the CNEP-Bank, and the most consistent with reality, is the permanent income model, and from here the variables of this function are the determinants of the Algerian household savings function at CNEP -Bank, where it was found that Algerian household make their decisions to Saving is based on its current income, as it does not care secondarily to higher prices and interest rates proposed by the bank.
