مقومات المواطنة في خطاب جمعية العلماء المسلمين

Résumé: ملخص : للوطن و الوطنية و المواطنة مكانة خاصة في خطاب شيوخ جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين ، بل مثل جوهر اهتماهم سواء كتابة او ممارسة ، بالرغم ان الجمعية محسوبة على التيارات الاسلامية الحديثة التي اهتمت بتجديد الخطاب الديني و ذلك باعادته لمنابعه الاصلية السلفية (القرآن و السنة) ، لكنهم اهتموا بجعل خطابهم يتماهي مع ما وصل اليه الفكر الانساني بخصوص بعض القيم الاجتماعية و السياسية و التي لا تتعارض مع جوهر الدين الاسلامي و رؤيته الكلانية للدولة و الفرد و المجتمع ، و هو ما حاولنا تفكيكه بخصوص قيم المواطنة و رؤيتهم لها . abstract : The homeland, patriotism and citizenship have a special place in the discourse of the elders of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars, but it represented the essence of their concern, whether in writing or in practice, although the association is affiliated with modern Islamic currents that have been interested in renewing the religious discourse by returning it to its original Salafi sources (the Qur’an and the Sunnah), but they were interested in making their discourse identical with what human thought reached regarding some social and political values that do not contradict the essence of the Islamic religion and its holistic vision of the state, the individual and society, and this is what we tried to deconstruct regarding the values of citizenship and their vision of it.
