تأمين الأخطار الصناعية في الجزائر– دراسة تحليلية (2000-2013)

Résumé: تتميز المخاطر الصناعية بأن لها تأثيرات ثنائية على عكس المخاطر الطبيعية التي تعتبر أسوأ مرحلة لها هي مرحلة البداية، فالمخاطر الصناعية تأثيراتها الأسوأ تحدث بعد فترة من الأزمة وفي بعض الأحيان قد يحدث النوعان معا وهنا تكون الأزمة أكثر شدة وعنفا، وهذا ما يؤدي إلى حدوث أضرار كبيرة للعاملين والمجتمعات المحيطة ومخاطر لمكان العمل. تعتبر مواجهة الأخطار الصناعية من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات، فإذا كان البقاء والاستمرار والربحية تمثل أهدافا رئيسية لأي مؤسسة اقتصادية، فتسيير ومعالجة الأخطار والتكيف مع البيئة تمثل الشروط الضرورية لتحقيق هذه الأهداف. يعتبر التأمين في هذا المجال من أفضل الوسائل لإدارة الأخطار، بحيث يتأتى من خلال هذا النظام نقل عبء الخطر من الوحدة الإنتاجية إلى شركة التأمين والتي بدورها تتحمل تغطية الخسائر لكافة العناصر المؤمن عليها لقاء قسط التأمين الذي يدفعه صاحب القرار لقاء الأمان. Abstract: Industrial risks are characterized as having bilateral effects in contrast to natural risks. Which are considered the worst of it, is the beginning period, the industrial effects are worst occur after a period of crisis, in some cases both of them may occur together. Here the crisis is going to be more severe and more violent ,that, what leads to the occurrence of major damage for workers and surrounding communities and the risk to the workplace. The industrial risks are the biggest challenges facing the organizations, if survive and profitability are key targets for any economic institution, the management, address the risks and adapt to the environment, is necessary to achieve these goals conditions. Insurance in this area of the best tools to manage the risks, so that comes through this system transfers the burden of risk from the production unit to the insurance company, which its role, cover the losses of all insured elements of it, to meet the insurance paid by the decision-maker to meet safety premium.
