البعد البيئي لاستدامة صناعة المنسوجات والملابس ( إشارة إلى جهود الصين )

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لجهود دولة الصين في تحقيق استدامة صناعة المنسوجات والملابس في بعدها البيئي من خلال الحد من البصمة الكربونية على وجه الخصوص، والبحث عن طرق بديلة صديقة للبيئة في صناعة المنسوجات والملابس واستدامة سلسلة التوريد لهذه الصناعة باستخدام أدوات وطرق متباينة. وتماشيا مع طبيعة الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستقاء المعلومات من تقارير ودراسات متنوعة وتحليلها، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الصين؛ ولو بدأت متأخرة؛ إلا أنها سطرت برنامجا صارما لتقليل البصمة الكربونية وتحقيق استدامة هذه الصناعة، مستخدمة في ذلك اللوائح البيئية وضرائب الانبعاثات، والإبداع التكنولوجي واتباع تدابير التجارة الخضراء وسلسلة التوريد الخضراء مع الدول المتقدمة بشكل خاص. Abstract: This study aims to look the efforts of China to achieve the sustainability of the textile and apparel industry in its environmental dimension by reducing the carbon footprint in particular, and looking for alternative methods and the sustainability of the supply chain for this industry using different tools. Based in the nature of the study, we used the descriptive and analytical method, and information was extracted from various reports and studies and analyzed. The results of this study concluded that China: Even if it starts late; However, it has established a strict program to reduce the carbon footprint and achieve the sustainability of this industry, using environmental regulations and emissions taxes, and following green trade measures and the green supply chain with developed countries in particular.
