برامج دعم المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر دراسة حالة ولاية باتنة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة كل من الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولاتية، الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر والصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالة لولاية باتنة في دعم ومرافقة المقاولاتية النسوية، وتم الإعتماد على المنهج التحليلي لمختلف الإحصائيات التي توضح عدد المشاريع الممولة خلال الفترة 2013- 2018 . ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن الدولة أصبحت تدرك أهمية المقاولاتية النسوية و خصصت لها العديد من البرامج مرافقة المقاولاتية، إلا أنه وجب عليها إيجاد سياسة تحفيزية ترغب المرأة في العمل المقاولاتي في ظل المشاكل و العوائق التي تواجهها The study aims to know the extent of the contribution of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship, the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit and the National Fund for Unemployment Insurance for the Wilayat of Batna in supporting and accompanying women entrepreneurship, and the analytical approach was relied on various statistics that show the number of funded projects during the period 2013 - 2018. Through this study, we concluded that the state has become aware of the importance of women’s entrepreneurship and has allocated many programs to accompany entrepreneurship, but it must create a motivating policy that women want to work in entrepreneurship in light of the problems and obstacles they face.
