ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها بالولاء التنظیمي

Résumé: ملخص الدراســـــــــة جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها بالولاء التنظیمي، معتمدین في ذلك على طرح التساؤل الرئیسي: هل توجد علاقة بین مستوى ضغوط العمل ودرجة الولاء التنظیمي لدى موظفي الفرع التجاري لمؤسسة نفطال لولایة الوادي؟ ویرجع سبب اختیار هذا الموضوع إلى توضیح أهمیة العلاقة بین ضغوط العمل والولاء التنظیمي، وتكمن أهمیة هذه الدراسة في أن تقدم وتطور المنظمات یكون من خلال معرفة المسؤولین بشكل العلاقة والتأثیر المتبادل بین متغیر ضغوط العمل ومتغیر الولاء التنظیمي ومحاولة استثمار تلك العلاقة في تحقیق أداء أفضل سواء على مستوى الفرد أو المنظمة. والهدف الأساسي لهذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن العلاقة بین مستوى ضغوط العمل ودرجة الولاء التنظیمي. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الذي یتناسب مع متطلبات هذه الدراسة، وتم تطبیق الدراسة المیدانیة على عینة تتكون من 45مفردة متمثلة في رؤساء مصالح وإ داریین وتقنیین وعمال امن. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالیة: -1توجد علاقة ارتباطیه ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین مستوى ضغوط العمل المتعلقة بطبیعة العمل ودرجة الولاء التنظیمي المعرفي. -2توجد علاقة ارتباطیه ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین مستوى ضغوط العمل المتعلقة بالمنظمة ودرجة الولاء التنظیمي. -3توجد علاقة ارتباطیه ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین ضغوط العمل المتعلقة بمحیط العمل ودرجة الولاء التنظیمي المعرفي. -4توجد علاقة ارتباطیه ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین مستوى ضغوط العمل ودرجة الولاء التنظیمي .ت Abstract of the study This study is entitled: The pressures of work and their relationship with organizational loyalty, relying, in that subject, on asking the main problematic: Is there a relationship between the level of work pressures and the degree of organizational loyalty among employees of the commercial branch of the Company: (NAFTAL) of the Province of El Oued? The reason for choosing this topic is to illustrate the importance of the relationship between work pressure and organizational loyalty, the importance of this study lies in the fact that the progress and development of organizations exists through knowledge of the responsible about the relationship and mutual influence between the variable of work pressures and the variable of organizational loyalty, and trying to exploit that relationship to achieve a better performance at the level of the individual and the organization. The principal aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between the level of work pressure and the degree of organizational loyalty. We adopted the descriptive approach that suits the best the requirements of this study. The field study was applied on a sample made up of 45 individuals consisting in heads of service, administrators, technicians and security agents. The study concluded to the following results: 1 – 1 – There is a statistically significant correlation between the level of work pressures relating to the type of work and the degree of loyalty organizational knowledge. 2 - There is a statistically significant correlation between the level of work pressures relating to the organization and the degree of organizational loyalty. 3 - There is a statistically significant correlation between the level of work pressures relating by work environment and the degree of loyalty organizational knowledge. 4 - There is a statistically significant correlation between the level of work pressures and the degree of organizational loyalty.
