تداعيات الأزمة المالية العالمية على مسار التجربة التكاملية الأوروبية.

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر التجربة التكاملية الأوروبية من أبرز التكتلات الاقتصادية في العالم، فقد عمل الإتحاد الأوروبي منذ نشأته على توحيد وتنسيق مختلف السياسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بين دوله الأعضاء، كما حرص على أن يبلغ قمة التكامل الاقتصادي، والتي تمثلت في توحيد العملة وإنشاء منطقة اليورو، وذلك كأهم خطوة نحو الاندماج التام، لكن مع ظهور الأزمة المالية العالمية شهد هذا الشكل من الاتحاد الاقتصادي الرائج مشكلة تهدد استقراره، ألا وهي أزمة الديون السيادية التي تعرضت لها منطقة اليورو وانتقلت لتظهر آثارها على الإتحاد الأوروبي ككل، فلم يقتصر التحدي على كونه اقتصاديا فقط بل تعدى إلى ما هو سياسي واجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التكامل الدولي، الاتحاد الأوروبي ، منطقة اليورو، الأزمة المالية العالمية، أزمة الديون السيادية. Abstract: The European intégrative experience is considered one of the most prominent economic blocs in the world.The European Union has worked since its inception to unify and coordinate various economic and social policies among its member states, as well as ensuring that its economic integration reached its summit, which was the unification of the currency and the establishment of the Euro area, as the most important step towards full integration, but with the emergence of the global financial crisis, this form of the popular economic union witnessed a problem threatening its stability, namely, the sovereign debt crisis that the Euro area was exposed to and moved to show its effects on the European Union as a whoe. The challenge was not limited to being an economy Oh just, but goes beyond what is political and social.
