دراسة المستخدم في الفضاء السيبراني - إشكاليات وتحديات

Résumé: تنعكس ملامح وهوية الميديا الجديدة، إلى حد بعيد على أشكال استخدام وتلقي المحتوى الإعلامي من طرف المستخدمين،حيث تفرض وساطة الشاشة الرقمية سياقات جديدة للتواصل، أو تملك المحتوى الإعلامي والثقافي، ذلك ما لفت اهتمام الباحثين نحو دراسة الممارسات الجديدة التي نتجت عن استخدام الشبكة الانترنيتية، خاصة في ظل باراديغمات سوسيولوجيا الاستخدام، التي عُنيت بالأبعاد السوسيوتقنية وتداعياتها علىى مستخدمي الشبكة الإلكترونية. غير أن خصوصية هذا السياق التواصلي الجديد لم تنعكس فقط علىى جمهور الميديا الجديدة، إذ تؤثر كذلك على الجانب الابستيمولوجي والمنهجي،حيث تطرح العديد من التحديات والإشكاليات أمام الباحثين في مجال سوسيولوجيا الاستخدام، فالباحث الذي يعنى بدراسة مستخدمي الميديا الرقمية، يصطدم بجملة من العوائق البحثية التي تفرضها التقنية أو طبيعة الجمهور نفسه كاللا ثبات الهوياتي للمستخدم، وهو ما يؤثر بدوره على مدى مصداقية البحوث العلمية نفسها في هذا المجال. تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إثراء النقاش حول الإشكاليات المفاهيمية، المنهجية، والأخلاقية، التي قد تفرضها دراسة مستخدمي الواب. Abstract The special features of digital media impacts largely the forms ; usage and reception of the mediatic content, infact the mediation of the digital screen imposes a new contexts of communication or possession of mediatic or culturel contents ; that is what motivated the searchers in human and social sciences field toward the studies of these new practices and issues of internet usage especially in the light of the sociology of using ; the latter has adressed the socio-technical dimensions and their repercussions on the users but the particularity of this new context of research impacts also the epistemologic and methodologic field because it poses numerous defies and problematic issues to researchers in this field. In effect ; the searcherwhoistreating the user’s practices as a theme of research ; thissearcher faces a specific obstacles related to thismethod or the partucularity of the public itself, the dinamycidentity of the user could affect the cridibility of the researchitself in thisfield. Through this document of research we seek to extend the discussion about methodological and ethical problematic that poses the analysis of users.
