اضطراب مابعد الصدمة لدى الطفل المتعرض لحروق جسدية (دراسة عيادية لحالتين بولايتي ورقلة وتقرت)
Résumé: The present study aims to investigate post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in children who have experienced physical burns and to identify the major accompanying symptoms. The study focuses on two female cases, aged 8 and 11 years. To achieve the study's objectives, we employed a clinical case study methodology, utilizing semi-structured clinical interviews, the Davidson Trauma Scale for PTSD, and the Draw-a-Person test. The study's findings indicate that children who have suffered physical burns exhibit a moderate level of PTSD. The primary traumatic symptoms include re-experiencing the traumatic event through intrusive images and thoughts about the experience, avoidance symptoms such as isolation, lack of desire to communicate with others, dissociative amnesia, and arousal symptoms such as sleep disturbances, anxiety, tension, anger, and difficulties in concentration. The results were interpreted in light of theoretical frameworks and previous studies.
