واقع تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الجامعية من منظور الطلبة- كلية العلوم الاقتصادية، جامعة سطيف1

Résumé: تعد الحوكمة من المفاهيم التي حضيت باهتمام كبير بالمؤسسات، هذا على غرار مؤسسات التعليم العالي التي أصبح بها تبني هذا المفهوم ضرورة لتحقيق متطلبات الأطراف المتعاملة معها من أستاذة، إداريين وطلبة...إلخ. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع تطبيق الحوكمة بالجامعة الجزائرية من منظور الطلبة، بتوزيع استبيان على عينة بلغت 370 طالبا من كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة سطيف1، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هذه الكلية تتمتع بتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة بدرجة متوسطة سعيا منها لبلوغ الأفضل من أجل تحقيق جودة أدائها الجامعي. Governance is one of the concepts that attracted great interest in institutions, this is similar to institutions of higher education in which the adoption of this concept has become necessary to achieve the requirements of the parties dealing with it, including professor, administrators, students ... etc. This study aimed to highlight the reality of the application of governance at the Algerian University from the students' perspective, by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 370 students from the Faculty of Economics at Setif University 1, and the results of the study showed that this college enjoys applying the principles of governance with an average degree in an effort to achieve the best in order to achieve quality Her university performance.
