Résumé: الملخص: لقد نبع الفقه المالكي، ولمع نجمه في بلاد الحجاز على يد مؤسسه الأول الإمام مالك بن أنس الأصبحي خاصة في المدينة المنورة، وعرف استقطابا كبيرا لعلماء المغرب الإسلامي عبر أقطاره المترامية، ثم مضت سنة المغاربة في تبني المذهب المالكي لعدة اعتبارات علمية وبيئية، وطوروا المدرسة المالكية المدنية، وأشبعوا المذهب تصنيفا، وتفننوا في خدمة أصوله، والانتصار لآرائه عبر قرون متطاولة من الزمن، ووضعوا بصمتهم المغاربية فيه، وعرف لهم أعيان العلماء في زمنهم فضلهم، وسلموا لهم أصالة انتمائهم لهذا المذهب العتيد، رغم أن البيئة الحجازية كانت تعرف زخما فقهيا لمختلف المذاهب الإسلامية المعتبرة عند الأمة شرقا وغربا، واستطاعوا أن يفرضوا وجودهم الحضاري خاصة خلال العصر الوسيط الذي عرف إنتاجا فقهيا معتبرا. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحجاز ؛ المالكي ؛ المغاربي ؛ الوسيط ؛ الفقه. Abstract: The Maliki jurisprudence emerged, and its star rose in the Hijaz at the hands of its first founder, Imam Malik bin Anas Al-Asbahi, especially in Medina, and he knew a great polarization of the scholars of the Islamic Maghreb across its vast countries. Civilization, and they categorized the sect, excelled in serving its origins, and triumphed for its views over long centuries of time, and they put their Maghreb mark on it, and the notable scholars of their time recognized them their virtues, and handed over to them the authenticity of their belonging to this future sect, even though the Hijaz environment was known for a jurisprudential impetus for the various sects. They were considered by the Ummah in the East and West, and they were able to impose their civilizational existence, especially during the medieval era, which witnessed a significant jurisprudential production.
