دراسة تحليلية للمعوقات البيئية المؤثرة على ممارسة نشاط الإبتكار الأخضر في المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية Environmental Constraints Affecting The Practice Of Green Innovation In Algerian Industrial Enterprises An Analytical Study

Résumé: يعتبر الإبتكار الأخضر من أبرز المفاهيم الإدارية الحديثة التي حظيت باهتمام كبير و متزايد، من قبل المؤسسات الصناعية في دول العالم نظرا للدور الذي يلعبه في زيادة قدراتها التنافسية، و تعظيم ربحيتها من خلال تحسين الأداء البيئي. و لتحقيق الهدف الذي تسعى إليه هذه الدراسة و المتمثل في الكشف عن المعوقات المانعة و الأكثر تأثيرا على لإبتكار الأخضر في المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية، أُستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و شكلت الإستبانة و المقابلة الأداة الرئيسية في جمع المعلومات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج: أن معوقات البيئية الخارجية و المتمثلة في (البيئة الاقتصادية و التكنولوجية) و (البيئة الداخلية التنظيمية) لمؤسسات عينة البحث هي من بين المعوقات المؤثرة بالترتيب على ممارسة نشاط الإبتكار الأخضر. Abstract: Green innovation is one of the most prominent modern management concepts that has received significant and increasing attention from industrial enterprises in the world because of its role in increasing their competitiveness and maximizing their profitability through improved environmental performance. In order to achieve the objective of the study, which is to identify the obstacles that prevent and most affect the innovation of greens in Algerian industrial enterprises, the analytical descriptive approach has been used and resolution and corresponding has been the main tool in the collection of information. The study produced a set of findings: External environmental constraints (economic and technological environment and internal regulatory environment) of research sample institutions are among those affecting green innovation activity in order.
