تداعيات التغير المناخي على الأمن الإنساني في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي: نحو أمننة التغير المناخي.

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث تأثيرات التغيرات المناخية على الأمن الإنساني – بمختلف أبعاده – في إقليم الساحل الإفريقي، من خلال إبراز طبيعة التغيرات المناخية التي تشهدها المنطقة، وتبيان تداعياتها السلبية على الأمن الإنساني في المنطقة بأبعاده المختلفة الفردية والمجتمعية والاقليمية، وفي مستوياته المتعددة كالأمن الغذائي، والأمن البيئي، والأمن السياسي ... لتخلص الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي تثبت بأن المنطقة معرضة بشكل خاص لعواقب التغيرات المناخية رغم محدودية مساهمتها في الأسباب البشرية لهذه الظاهرة، وهو ما يستوجب البحث في نهج وسياسات واستراتيجيات محلية بالأساس، للتكيف مع ظاهرة التغير المناخي، والحد من تداعياتها، وضمان أمن الإنسان والمجتمعات المحلية لبلدان المنطقة. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the climate change impact on the human security, with its different dimensions, in the african Sahel region, through highlighting the nature of the climate change witnessed by the region, its negative fallouts on the human security with several aspects, individual, societal and regional, and under numerous levels, like food security, environmental security, political security....to sum up, the study concludes with a sum of results proving that the region is particularly vulnerable to effects of climate change, despite its limited contribution in human factors, which requires a research about the local way, policies and strategies, to cope with the phenomenon (climate change), countering its consequences and ensuring the human security and that of local communities of the region's countries.
