Résumé: ملخص بالعربية: تسعى الورقة البحثية لسبر أغوار موضوع "مبدأ المساواة في الحقوق بين الرجل والمرأة من منظوري التشريع الاسلامي والمواثيق الدولية "هادفة إلى تبيان البون العظيم بين التشريعين مع التقائهما في بعض القضايا على سبيل الحصر حيث اتضح أن من أهم النتائج المتوصل اليها هي: أن التشريع الدولي قد دعا إلى تكريس المساواة المطلقة بين الجنسين؛ الرجل والمرأة، في حين ميز الاسلام بينهما، حيث بدا أن لا مساواة مطلقة، مع عدم المغالاة في الحكم السلبي على المواثيق الدولية. كما لا للإجهاد والتكلف كثيرا لإثبات المساواة في الإسلام، فعدم انطباق مبدأ المساواة باديا في قضايا كثيرة. من خلال الاجابة عن التساؤل الآتي: كيف نظر الى مبدا المساواة في الحقوق بين الرجل والمرأة من منظ ور كل من التشريع الاسلامي والمواثيق الدولية؟ Abstract: The paper seeks to explore the subject of "the principle of equal rights between men and women from the perspectives of Islamic legislation and international conventions," aiming to show the great difference between the two legislations and meet with them in some cases exclusively as it turned out that the most important results are: It called for the perpetuation of absolute equality between the sexes; men and women, while Islam distinguished them, where there seemed to be absolute inequality, while not negating the negative judgment on international conventions. Nor does stress and cost too much to prove equality in Islam. The non-applicability of the principle of equality is evident in many cases. By answering the following question: How did he view the principle of equal rights between men and women from the perspective of both Islamic legislation and international conventions?
