Résumé: "ملخص الدراسة تهدف الدراسة إلى اختبار علاقة البيانات الضخمة بالأداء المالي والتشغيلي في المصارف، وهذا في ظل التحول الرقمي والتحديات التي أفرزتها البيئة المصرفية الحديثة، من خلال تحليل أهمية البيانات الضخمة لعينة من المصارف بولاية الوادي، ودراسة مدى تأثيرها بالأداء المالي والتشغيلي للفترة (2017-2020). حيث اعتمدنا على الاستبيان لمعرفة أهمية البيانات الضخمة بالمصارف محل الدراسة، والقوائم المالية للبنوك محل الدراسة لحساب مؤشرات الأداء المالي والتشغيلي، وبرنامج SPSS لتقدير نموذج الانحدار البسيط والانحدار المتعدد بين المتغيرين التابعين وهما الأداء المالي والأداء التشغيلي، والمتغيرات المستقلة والمتمثلة في البيانات الضخمة والمتغيرات الرقابية(المعدلة) وهي حجم البنك، الرافعة المالية، معدل نمو المبيعات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد اهتمام بالبيانات الضخمة على مستوى المصارف محل الدراسة، إلا أنها لا ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة تأثيرية بين البيانات الضخمة والأداء المالي والتشغيلي بنسبة قدرها 82%و42%على التوالي. الكلمات الافتتاحية:بيانات ضخمة، أداء مالي، أداء تشغيلي، تحول رقمي."" Abstract: The study aims to test the relationship of big data with the financial and operational performance in banks،and this is in light of the digital transformation and the challenges posed by the modern banking environment،by analyzing the importance of big data for a sample of banks in Eloued state،and studying its relationship to the financial and operational performance for the period (2017-2020). Where we relied on the questionnaire model to find out the importance of big data in the banks under study،and the SPSS program to estimate the simple regression model and the multiple regression between the two dependent variables،which are financial performance and operational performance،and the independent variables represented in the big data and the (modified) regulatory variables،which are the size of the bank،financial leverage،growth rate the sales. The study concluded that there is interest in big data at the level of the banks under study،but it does not rise to the required level،in addition to the existence of an effective relationship between big data and financial and operational performance with a correlation ratio of 82% and 42%،respectively.
