اثر اخلاقيات مهنة امراجعة على جودة التقارير في البيئة الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من محافظي الحسابات لولاية ورقلة
Résumé: يتمحور هذا الموضوع حول أثر أخلاقيات مهنة المراجعة الخارجية في تحسين جودة التقارير المالية و على مدى التزام المراجعين بالأخلاقيات ومدى التزامهم بتطبيق القوانين المنظمة للمهنة وأيضا مدى مساهمة أخلاقيات المهنة في تحسين جودة التقارير المالية، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أخلاقيات مهنة المراجعة حيث تم في الجانب النظري التطرق إلى مفهوم أخلاقيات المهنة وأهميتها ومصادرها في البيئة الجزائرية أما فيما يخص الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم قياس مدى مساهمة أخلاقيات مهنة المراجعة في تحسين جودة التقارير المالية والأداء المهني للمراجع في الجزائر و هذا من خلال الاستعانة بالاستبيان الموزع على30عينة من محافظي الحسابات في ولاية ورقلة لما لهم من دراية في الموضوع. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: بالرغم من كل الظروف والضغوطات الداخلية والخارجية الموجودة في البيئة الجزائرية يوجد تطبيق لأخلاقيات مهنة المراجعة وذالك فضلا عن الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه القوانين المنظمة للمهنة في الحد من التلاعبات . This topic focuses on the impact of external audit ethics on improving the quality of financial reports and on the extent to which auditors are committed to compliance with ethics and regulations governing the profession, along with the contribution of business ethics to improving the quality of financial reports. This study aims to highlight audit ethics through addressing the concept of business ethics and its importance and sources in the Algerian environment, and measuring the extent to which audit ethics contribute to improving the quality of financial reports and professional performance of the auditor in Algeria, through the distribution of a questionnaire among 30 samples of external auditors in Ouargla for their knowledge of the topic. The study has come up with a set of results, most importantly: Despite all the internal and external conditions and pressures that exist in the Algerian environment, audit ethics are applied thanks to the significant role played by the laws regulating the profession in reducing manipulations.
