تقيم أثر استخدام تكنولوجيـــا المعلومــات والاتصال على كفاءة التدقيق الداخلـــي دراسة حالــــــة عينة من المؤسسات النفطيــــة ((entp/ensp حاسي مسعود سنة 2017

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وأثرها على كفاءة التدقيق الداخلي بالمؤسسات الجزائرية، المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار والمؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار ولتحقيق الدراسة فقد استخدم الباحث المقابلات الشخصية والاستبيان لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، بحيث يتبع تعداد عينة الدراسة 6 مدققين داخليين في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار و6 مدققين داخليين في المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار، تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيان عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الفاكرومباخ ومعامل الارتباط سبيرمان وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار والمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار تطبق جودة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأبعادها المختلفة لكن بنسب متفاوتة، وكذا عدم وجود تأثير قوي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على كفاءة التدقيق الداخلي في كلتا المؤسستين محل الدراسة، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى ضرورة تطوير مهارات العاملين في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والتدقيق الداخلي لاستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة.The study aims to identify information and communication technology and its impact on the efficiency of internal auditing in Algerian companies, the national company of well works and the national company of well services, and to achieve the study The researcher used interviews and questionnaire to collect data and information. The sample included 6 internal auditors at the National company of well works and 6 internal auditors at the National company of well services, the data in the questionnaire was analyzed using the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) based on the Average arithmetics,standard deviation, alpha crombach and Spearman correlation coefficients The study concluded several results which are : The National company of well services and the national company of well works applied the quality of information and communication technology in different aspects of work but in small degrees, and the lack of a strong impact of information and communication technology on the efficiency of internal auditing in both companies under study, the study concluded the need to develop the skills of workers in the field of information and communication technology And internal auditing for the use of modern technology.
