Résumé: الملخص : العربية: يحظى الحراك المهني اليوم باهتمام كل المؤسسات في مختلف القطاعات، وباعتبار الترقية احدى الوسائل الفعالة في تحسين كفاءة العمال وفي تطوير قدراتهم. ومن هذا المنطلق واسهاماتنا في الدراسة كان اختيارنا لموضوع علاقة الحراك المهني بفاعلية جودة الاداء. ولقد هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على العلاقة بين الحراك المهني وفاعلية الاداء لدى العاملين بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية خنشلة وتم صياغة اشكالية الدراسة كالاتي ماهي طبيعة العلافة بيت الحراك المهني وفاعلية الاداء لدى العاملين بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية خنشلة ومن هذا التساؤل انبثقت الفروض الاتية 1-توجد علاقة بين الترقية والولاء التنظيمي بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لدى العاملين بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية خنشلة 2-توجد علاقة بين النقل الوظيفي والكفاءة المهنية لدى العاملين بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية خنشلة 3-توجد علاقة بين التنزيل الوظيفي والكفاءة الفردية لدى العاملين بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية خنشلة ومن اجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة والتحقق من الفرضيات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، وتم انتقاء العينة المنتظمة على 77 مفردة وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها 1- هناك علاقة طردية ايجابية بين الترقية والولاء التنظيمي لدى العاملين بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية خنشلة 2- هناك علاقة طردية ايجابية بين النقل الوظيفي والكفاءة المهنية لدر العاملين بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية خنشلة 3-هناك علاقة طردية ايجابية بين التنزيل الوظيفي والكفاءة الفردية لدى العاملين بمديرية ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية Abstract in English: Professional mobility today receives attention From all institutions across various sectors, and promotion is considered one of the effective means of improving the efficiency of workers and developing their capabilities. From this standpoint and our contributions to the study, we chose the topic of the relationship between mobility and the effectiveness of performance quality. The study aimed to identify the relationship between professional mobility and performance effectiveness among employees in the Directorate of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Khenchela. The study problem was formulated as follows: **What is the nature of the relationship between professional mobility and performance effectiveness among employees in the Directorate of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Khenchela? From this question, the following hypotheses emerged: 1. There is a relationship between promotion and organizational loyalty among employees in the Directorate of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Khenchela. 2. There is a relationship between job transfer and professional competence among workers in the Directorate of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Khenchela. 3. There is a relationship between job placement and individual competence among workers in the Directorate of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Khenchela. To achieve the goal of the study and verify the hypotheses, the descriptive approach was used due to its suitability to the nature of the subject. A sample consisting of 77 items was selected. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1. There is a positive relationship between promotion and organizational loyalty among employees in the Directorate of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Khenchela. 2. There is a positive, direct relationship between job transfer and the professional competence of employees in the Directorate of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Khenchela. 3. There is a positive, direct relationship between job placement and individual competence among workers in the Directorate of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Khenchela.
