التدخلات بالعمليات القيصرية في الجزائر – مقاربة أنثروبولوجية طبية

Résumé: ينظر للمرأة الحامل يُنظر للمرأة الحامل في ثقافتنا المحلية الجزائرية وكأنها مريضة، فتُعامل معاملة المريض،في ضعفه والشفقة عليه واختيار غذاء خاص به إلخ، وفي نفس الوقت تحرص العائلة والأم الحامل على سلامة جنينها منذ شهوره الأولى، فصارت زيارة أخصائي النساء والتوليد دورية إلى أن تضع الأم مولودها. وما لفت انتباهنا، أن أغلبية الولادات تتم بالعمليات القيصرية سواء في المستشفيات العمومية أو العيادات الخاصة. تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على هذه الظاهرة من الناحية الإحصائية، وهل لثقافة المرأة الصحية دور في تفشي هذا النوع من العمليات، أم الضرورة الصحية للمرأة والجنين يقتضي التدخل بالعملية .القيصرية، أم هو نوع من البزنس في قطاع الصحة. كلها تساؤلات يحاول الباحث إيجاد إجابات لها في هذه الورقة البحثية يتكامل خلالها الجانب الإحصائي، الأنثروبولوجي، والاجتماعي The pregnant woman is considered in our local Algerian culture as if she were sick, so she is treated like the patient, in her weakness, compassion towards her, the choice of her own food, etc. at the same time, the family and the mother-to-be care about the safety of her fetus from her first months, Thus, the visit to the obstetrician and the gynecologist became regular until the delivery of the mother. What caught our attention is that the majority of deliveries have taken place by caesarean section, whether in public hospitals or private clinics. The study aims to shed light on this phenomenon from a statistical point of view, Does the medical culture of the woman have a role in the diffusion of this type of operation, or the medical imperative for the woman and the fetus which requires a cesarean intervention, or is it some kind of business in the health sector? all are questions to which the researcher tries to find answers in this article, through which the statistical, anthropological, health and social aspects are integrated.
