زيادة كفاءة السوق المالي من خلال نشر التقارير المالية دراسة قياسية لسوق عمان المالي للفترة 2010-2022

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان اثر نشر التقارير المالية في زيادة كفاءة السوق المالية ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم القيام اولا باختبار كفاءة سوق عمان المالي باستخدام بيانات شهرية لموشر السوق AMGNRLX خلال الفترة 2010- 2022 ،تم الاعتماد على طرائق منهج التحليل الكمي القياسي ، ثانيا تم اختبار اثر النشر في زيادة كفاءة السوق من خلال اختبار وجود فروق في متوسط حجم التداول البنوك المدرجة بسوق عمان للأوراق المالية للسنتين 2020-2021 ،خلصت الدراسة في الاختبار الاول ان مؤشر السوق المالي عينة الدراسة يحتوي على جذر الوحدة حسب اختبار كل من ديكي فولر وفليبس وبيرون أي تمتاز بالسير العشوائي وعليه السوق تتسم بالكفاءة عند المستوي الضعيف ، وانه يوجد فروق في متوسط حجم التداول للبنوك المدرجة في السوق قبل وبعد نشرها للتقارير المالية The study aims to demonstrate the effect of publishing financial reports on increasing the efficiency of the Amman financial market. To achieve this goal, the efficiency of the Amman financial market was first tested using monthly data of the AMGNRLX market index during the period 2010-2022. Publication in increasing market efficiency by testing the presence of differences in the average trading volume of banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange for the years 2020-2021. Accordingly, the market is characterized by efficiency at the weak level, and that there are differences in the average trading volume of the banks listed in the market before and after publishing the financial reports.
