Résumé: The industry of financial derivatives has become increasingly important in the last two decades so that it has included a wide range of financial contracts for all types of securities and commodities. There are some factors which participates in the acceleration of the revolution of the financial derivatives such as: The financial globalization, the removal of restrictions that limit the activity of financial institutions and the transfer of capital benefiting from the universal revolution of information and communication, In addition to the competition between financial institutions in innovating the latest products and financial tools to place them on the market. The financial derivatives have increased risks, by transferring them from one investor to another. The study also showed that the Kuwait Stock Exchange Market was not significantly affected and its impact was late. Moreover, the regulatory securities did not affect market, due to the limited volume of dealing with these tools. Also, the integration of dealing with derivatives in the stock market in Kuwait is important in developing the dealings in these markets to make it adapt with the desire of investors, by providing them the appropriate financial products in order to meet the requirements of the efficiency of the stock market
