دور إستراتيجيتي التدريب وتطوير المسار الوظيفي في تحقيق البعد الإجتماعي لمسؤولية المؤسسة (دراسة حالة: مديرية أملاك الدولة لولاية سيدي بلعباس)

Résumé: بإعتبار نجاح المؤسسات في تحقيق البعد الإجتماعي لمسؤولياتها يعتمد بشكل كبير على تنمية موردها البشرية، عن طريق عدة إستراتيجيات كالتدريب وتطوير المسار الوظيفي، حتى تتمكن من أداء دورها بكفاءة. من هذا المنطلق نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معالجة دور إستراتيجيتي تنمية الموارد البشرية في تحقيق البعد الإجتماعي للمسؤولية الإجتماعية للمؤسسة. في الدراسة الميدانية كان الهدف هو معرفة إمكانية وجود دور لإستراتيجيتي التدريب وتطوير المسار الوظيفي في تحقيق البعد الإجتماعي للمسؤولية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وقد خلصت الدراسة بأن مستوى كل من التدريب وتطوير المسار الوظيفي والبعد الإجتماعي للمسؤولية متوسط، بالإضافة إلى وجود دور لإستراتيجيتي تنمية الموارد البشرية في تحقيق المسؤولية الإجتماعية. Considering that the success of institutions in achieving the social dimension of their responsibilities depends greatly on the development of their human resource, through several strategies such as training and career development, so that they can perform their role efficiently. From this standpoint, we are trying, through this study, to address the role of the human resource development strategies in achieving the social dimension of the corporate social responsibility. In the field study, the aim was to find out the possibility of a role for the two strategies of training and career development in achieving the social dimension of responsibility in the institution under study. The study concluded that the level of both training and career development and the social dimension of responsibility are average, in addition to the existence of a role for the two human resource development strategies in achieving social responsibility.
