تحديات الحركات الإسلامية في ظل التحولات السياسية في المنطقة العربية

Résumé: ملخص: شهدت السنوات الأخيرة صعود الحركات الإسلامية داخل العملية السياسية في مختلف الأقطار العربية والإسلامية، وذلك تماشيا مع التحولات التي شهدتها الساحة السياسية الدولية بالإتجاه نحو الانفتاح السياسي وإتاحة المزيد من الحرية لقوى المعارضة، وإعتماد الإنتخابات كأحد وسائل تحديد الشرعية في كثير من الدول العربية والإسلامية و بالاخص دول الثورات العربية مثل مصر وتونس القوة الكبيرة التي تشكلها حركات الإسلام السياسي في تلك الدول وذلك من خلال قدرتها على تشكيل البديل القادر على تحقيق الانتصارات السياسية بعد ما عرف بالربيع العربي، والذي أطاح بانظمة حكمت مواطنيها لعشرات السنوات، ونشرت ثقافة التشكيك بقدرة قوى الإسلام السياسي على المشاركة في العملية الديموقراطية من جهة وبنوايا تلك القوى تجاه عدد من القضايا من أبرزها تداول السلطة والدولة المدنية والأقليات الدينية مستخدمة وسائل الإعلام الرسمية والحزبية لإسناد مواقفها من تلك الحركات. Abstract: Recent years have seen the rise of Islamic movements within the political process in various Arab and Islamic countries, in line with changes in the international and domestic political arena move towards political openness and allow more freedom to the opposition forces, and the adoption of the elections as a means to identify illegal in many Arab and Islamic countries, especially countries Arab revolutions like Egypt and Tunisia large force posed by movements of political Islam in those countries, through their ability to form a variant capable of achieving political victories after what is known as the Arab Spring, which toppled distasteful regimes ruled its citizens for decades, and published a culture of questioning the ability of the forces of political Islam to participate in the democratic process on the one hand and the intentions of these forces towards a number of issues, most notably the devolution of power and the state of civil and religious minorities, using official and partisan media to assign the positions of those movements
