دور الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في تمويل ا لنظام المالي - الإسلامي دراسة حالة ماليزيا للفترة بين 2016/2003

Résumé: هدف هذا البحث لدراسة دور الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في توفير التمويل الإسلامي من أجل تلبية الحاجات المالية المتنوعة والمتجددة لمختلف أطراف العلاقة المالية، تطرقنا إلى دور الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في تطوير وابتكار المنتجات المالية الإسلامية، ولقد تمت دراسة هذا الموضوع من خلال التطرق لمفهوم التمويل الإسلامي وكفاءته والتطرق لبعض المفاهيم حول الهندسة المالية الإسلامية، وفي الأخير تناولنا دورة الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في توفير المنتجات المالية الإسلامية بالتركيز على عملية التصكيك لإسلامي والمنتجات المالية المركبة، بالإضافة إلى التط رق إلى المشتقات المالية من منظور إسلامي و تناولنا في الجانب التطبيقي تجارب حقيقية لإصدار الصكوك في ماليزيا؛ لقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن الهندسة المالية الإسلامية دور فعال في توفير التمويل الإسلامي من خلال تطوير وابتكار منتجات مالية تجمع بين الكفاءة الاقتصادية والمصداقية الشرعيةThe aim of this research to study the role the financial architecture and the Islamic group in the provision of Islamic finance to meet the financial needs of manifold and the different parties to the financial relationship, where we addressed the role of the financial architecture and the Islamic group in the development of the innovation of Islamic finance, products, have been studied this subject through discussing some of the concepts on engineering and Islamic finance, were addressed to the concept of Islamic finance and efficiency ,and we had the role of engineering Islamic finance in the provision of Islamic financial products to focus on the process of billing Islamic financial products and the vehicle as well as to address the financial derivatives fro; an Islamic perspective, Have been reached through the study to that of engineering Islamic finance an effective role in providing Islamic funding through the development of innovative financial products to combine economic efficiency and credibility and legitimacy
