إستحداث المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني كهيئة على ضوء التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020
Résumé: أستحدث التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني كهيئة استشارية لها أهمية بالغة من الناحية العملية، تتمثل في بناء قرارات سليمة تحقق الهدف المرجو وهو استشارة التي ترتبط بالعمل الإداري ويسهل عليه اتخاذ القرار. وحدد المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 21-139 المؤرخ في 12 أبريل 2021 مهامه وتشكيلته وسيره وتنظيمه، فالمرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني هيئة استشارية لدى رئيس الجمهورية فهو إطار للحوار والتشاور واقتراح كل المسائل المتعلقة بالمجتمع المدني. Abstract: The 2020 Constitutional Amendment introduced the National Observatory of Civil Society as a consultative body of critical practical importance, which is to build sound decisions that achieve the desired goal of consultation that is linked to administrative work and facilitates decision-making. Presidential Decree No. 21-139 of 12 April 2021 defines its functions, composition, conduct and organization. The National Civil Society Observatory is an advisory body to the President of the Republic. It is a framework for dialogue, consultation and proposal of all matters related to civil society.
