التنشئة السياسية في الأحزاب الجزائرية "الواقع والتحديات"

Résumé: تعد التنشئة وظيفة أساسية للأحزاب السياسية تعمد من خلالها إلى تكوين أعضائها ومناضليها وتدريبهم بما يعزز من ثقافتهم السياسية، كما تسهم الأحزاب في رفع مستوى الوعي لدى الشعوب بما يجعلهم يحيطون بواقع و تطورات الشأن العام الذي يعنيها، ولقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح ذلك الدور الذي تقوم به الأحزاب السياسية تجاه عملية التنشئة السياسية، وتكشف عن طبيعة التحديات التي تحول دون تنشئة سياسة فاعلة. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن الأحزاب الجزائرية كان لها دور في تلك التنشئة بالرغم من وجود تحديات داخلية وأخرى خارجية حالت دون أداء تلك المهمة على الوجه المرغوب. Upbringing is an essential function for political parties through which they train their members and fighters to enhance their political culture. Parties also contribute to raising the level of awareness among peoples, which makes them aware of the reality and developments of the public issue that concerns them, and this study came to clarify that role that they play. Political parties towards the process of political formation, revealing the nature of the challenges that prevent effective political formation. The results of the study showed that the Algerian parties had a role in that formation, despite the presence of internal and external challenges that prevented them from performing this task in the desired manner.
