Résumé: تمثل الهجرة شكلا من أشكال التحركات الإنسانية التي انتهجها الإنسان، بحثا عن حياة لائقة يضمن من خلالها توفير مختلف الاحتياجات، ومن هذا المنطلق، أخذت ظاهرة الهجرة في الانتشار عبر مختلف الحقب الزمنية مقترنة بجملة من التّحديات، ما أدى بالباحثين إلى تسليط الضوء عليها، على اعتبار أنها ليست انتقالا اعتباطيا بل فعل اجتماعي مدروس يخضع لعديد المتغيرات التي تعمل على بلورة العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الأفراد وتأثير ذلك على الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية وغيرها... لتأخذ منحى آخر من البحث على الصعيدين الداخلي والخارجي نظرا للتأثيرات التي تخلفها على البلد الأم و المستقبل، وعليه، تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية أهم المتغيّرات الطاردة والجاذبة Migration represents a form of human movements that man pursued to reconstruct the land, in search of a decent life through whichMigration represents a form of human movement in search of a decent life through which to ensure that different needs are met, From this perspective, migration is spreading across different time frames, combined with a number of challenges.
