Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تعافي أعمال المؤسسات المصغرة الصغيرة والمتوسطة واستمرارها في ولاية جيجل بعد آثار جائحة كوفيد-19، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد الباحث على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات عن متغيرات الدراسة، وتم معالجة البيانات المجمعة إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج SPSS V.26. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود درجة مرتفعة من: الاستعداد للتعافي، تقييم وضع المؤسسة بعد آثار الجائحة، وإعداد خطط لتعافي الأعمال واستمرارها. في حين توجد درجة متوسطة من: الموارد المالية لتحقيق التعافي، إعادة فتح وتأهيل الأعمال، التحضير لأنواع أخرى من الجوائح والأزمات. كما تبين أن درجة تعافي أعمال هذه المؤسسات واستمرارها كانت بدرجة متوسطة. Abstract: The study aimed to know the extent of recovery and continuity of the work of small and medium-sized enterprises in the state of Jijel after the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for the study. The collected data were treated using the programme SPSS V.26. The study found a high degree of: readiness for recovery, assessment of the institution's situation after the effects of the pandemic, and preparation of plans for business recovery and continuity. While there is a medium degree of: financial resources to achieve recovery, reopening and rehabilitating businesses, preparing for other types of pandemics and crises. It was also found that the degree of recovery and continuity of the businesses of these institutions was moderate.
