Résumé: Considering the different regulatory tools used by the Central Bank’s regulatory authority to guide the banking system, the study aims to analyze and evaluate their relationship and impact on the financing activity of Islamic banks. The results of the study showed that regulatory tools (quantitative and qualitative), whether operating within the conventional or dual banking system, affect the activity of Islamic banks. However, considering the direct and interest-free quantitative regulatory tools, they can reflect both a negative and positive impact. As for Islamic banks within the Algerian banking system, they are outside the scope of the regulatory tools related to the interest rate. Their activity may be positively affecting by the direct and qualitative tools compatible with their Islamic framework. Moreover, the results of the sample of Bank Al Salam Algeria and Bank Al Baraka Algeria concluded that the quantitative and interest-free tools used in whole or in part affect their activity negatively and positively;
