Résumé: تعتبر شخصية مصطفى احمد بن حموش من أهم الشخصيات البارزة التي ساهمت بالعديد من المؤلفات التي حملت في طياتها العمران الاسلامي وكنموذج مدينة الجزائر التي أبرز من خلال مؤلفاته تخطيط مدينة الجزائر من خلال اعادة بناء صورة لمدينة الجزائر في الفترة العثمانية من خلال اعتماده على مخطوطات البير ديفولكس وتم تأكيد ذلك من خلال الوثائق الأرشيفية التي اعتمد عليها كوثيقة أولي في إستخلاص مادته العلمية وقد إعتبرها من المصادر الصداقة الغير مغلوطة تساهم في تزويد الباحث في مجاله بمعلومات صادقة ومهمة للباحث في مجال بحثه وقد مكنته خيرته في المجال بكونه مهندس في إستنباط المعلومات الصحيحة التي وظفها في مجال العمران في إعادة بناء صورة ثلاثية الأبعاد لمدينة الجزائر انطلاقا من الوثيقة كمثال وثيقة بيع لمنزل كانت تحدد الأبعاد للمنزل وموقعها في المدينة والمنشأة والشوارع المحيطة به فمن خلالها وقد عرضنا كذلك في موضوعنا الفئات الاجتماعية التي كان لها تأثير في تنوع العمران حيث لاحظنا فئتين تمثلت في الفئة الاصلية والفئة الوافدة مثل الاندلسيين عقب سقوط مدينة الاندلس سنة 1492م . وقد عملنا في تحديد أنواع العمران في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني حيث لاحظنا تشكيل دقيق العمران بااحتواءه على أربعة انواع تمثلت في العمران الدينية الذي لقي اهتمام كبير من الحكام والعامة حيث سهرو على بناء وترميم المنشأة الدينية كامساجد والزوايا .... .وبامتلاك الجزائر لجيش قوي كان لبد لتوفر العمران العسكري الذي تمثل في التحصينات كالأسوار والأبواب والبطاريات والثكنات التي يقيم بها العسكر . والعمران الحضري (المدني ):الذي تميز بتنظيم من خلال إستنباط ظوابط من الشريعة الإسلامية في عمارة وعمران الأرض لتحقيق العدل بين العامة . وبالنسبة للعمران الإقتصادي المتمثل في الاسواق الذي اتصف بالتنظيف لتسيل التعامل الوظيفي بين فئات المجتمع من خلال البيع والشراء في تعامل التجار من خارج المدينة وداخلها مع العامة لتحقيق الاكتفاء في توفر المواد وقد كان يتصف السوق بتنظيم على حسب الظرر التي تحدثه المهنة فمثلا في وسط المدينة كان هناك اصحاب المهن كالحرايرية والعطارين اما في أطراف السوق كان يوجد الحدادين لمقدار الضرر التي تسببه على العامة وقد تمكن كذلك الباحثين من تحديد حدود المدينة من خلال الاسواق واماكن تمركز المهن وزيادة توسعها من خلال وثائق عوائد السوق وفي الاخير بااعتبارنا باحثين في موضوعنا اسهامات مصطفى احمد بن حموش في دراسة العمران فقد تبين لنا أن مؤلفات مصطفى بن حموش مهمة في علم تخطيط المدن فالحضارت الجزائرية الممزوجة بالعثمانية ابرزت طابع اسلامي مهم عكس مدى التطور الذي شهدته في الفترة الممتدة من 1519 الى 1830. Summary: The personality of Mustafa Ahmed bin Hamouche is considered one of the most prominent figures who contributed to many books that included Islamic architecture and as a model for the city of Algeria.
