تقييم أداء البنوك التجارية باستخدام معيار Camels دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري وكالة ورقلة (2014-2017)
Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة تقييم اداء البنوك التجارية باستخدام نظام التقييم المصرفي CAMELS الذي يحدد مدى كفاءة الأداء المالي للبنك والكشف عن نقاط القوة والضعف له، فقمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بتطبيق معيار CAMELS على البنك الخارجي الجزائري خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2014 إلى 2017. حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، والمؤشرات والنسب المالية والمحاسبية. فتبين لنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن البنك قد حقق الملاءة المنصوص عليها التي تمكنه من مواجهة المخاطر، وتحقيق ارباح جيدة إلا أنه يعاني من حساسية مخاطر السوقولا تمتاز أصوله بالجودة، وليس لديه القدرة على التحكم بالسيولة This study covered evaluating the performance of commercial banks using the banking evaluation system Camels which determines the efficiency of the financial performance of the bank and reveals the strengths and weaknesses. So, the rough this study, we applied the camels standard to the Algerian foreign bank during the period from 2014 to 2017. Where it relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, indicators, financial and accounting ratios. So it became clear to us through this study that the stipulated solvency that enables it to face risks and achieve good profits, but it suffers from sensitivity to market risks and its assets are not have the power to control liquidity
