Résumé: يتميز القرآن الكريم بالشمولية والإحاطة بكل ما يتعلق بمناحي الحياة الإنسانية، لذلك تعددت مواضيعه وتنوعت محاوره، وسنحاول من خلال هذا المقال أن نطرق محورا مهما من محاور القرآن الكريم المتعلقة بالحياة الإنسانية، وهو بيان القرآن الكريم لعوامل قيام الحضارات الإنسانية ومقوماتها وفق نظام السنن الإلهية، تلك القوانين التي لا تتبدل ولا تتغير لأنها تربط الأسباب بالمسببات وتبني النتائج على المقدمات ، وتبرز أهمية البحث في أنه جمع هذه المقومات وبين أثرها في قيام الحضارات محاولا الإجابة على تساؤل مهم : ما هي مقومات الحضارة وفق نظام السنن الإلهية في القرآن الكريم ؟ وعلى تساؤلات جزئية : ما مفهوم الحضارة ؟ وما هي السنن الإلهية ؟ وما أهميتها ؟ متبعا في ذلك المنهج التحليلي لآيات القرآن الكريم . Abstract: The Holy Qur’an is characterized by its comprehensiveness everything related to the human life. Therefore, its topics and axes have varied. Through this article, we will try to touch upon an important axis of the Holy Qur’an related to human life, which is the statement of the Qur’an for the factors of establishing human civilizations and their constituents according to the system of divine Sunnahs. Laws that do not change because they link causes with causes and build results on premises. The importance of the research is that it combined these ingredients and their impact on the rise of civilizations, trying to answer an important question: What are the elements of civilization according to the system of divine laws in the Qur’an? And on partial questions: What is the civilization? What are the divine laws? And what is its importance? Following the analytical approach to the verses of the Holy Qur’an.
