الصين وحوكمة أمن الشرق الأوسط الكبير: الفرص والقيود (2011-2021)

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة استكشاف مشاركة الصين في حوكمة أمن الشرق الأوسط الكبير، في الفترة الممتدة من 2011 إلى 2021، بحيث نضع إدارة النزاعات والصراعات في المنطقة في سياق الحوكمة الأمنية، من خلال تحليل محددات ومقاربات المشاركة الصينية في الحوكمة الأمنية، واكتشاف مدى فاعلية هذه المقاربات في إيجاد حلول مناسبة للمشاكل الأمنية واستعادة النظام في الشرق الأوسط الكبير، ونسلط الضوء على الفرص والقيود في هذا المجال. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصين لا تزال غير جاهزة للانخراط في حوكمة أمن الشرق الأوسط الكبير بشكل فعال، بسبب وجود فواعل أخرى راسخة في المنطقة ونقص خبرتها في التعامل مع أزمات المنطقة، إلا أن آفاق انخراطها في المنطقة وتقديم حلولها الخاصة واعدة ومتفائلة. This paper tries to discover the participation of China in the governance of the greater Middle East security, in the period from 2011 to 2021, through setting the conflicts management in the region in the context of the security governance and analyzing the determinants and approaches of the Chinese participation in the security governance. Moreover, it aims at discovering the efficiency of these approaches in finding suitable solutions for the security problems and the restoration of the order in the greater Middle East. In addition, the paper sheds light on the chances and restrictions in this field. Findings show that China is still unable to adhere to the governance of the greater Middle East in an efficient way due to other deeply rooted factors in the region, its low records, and lack of experience in dealing with the conflicts of the region. However, the horizons of its adherence in the region and providing solutions are promising and optimistic.
