الطرق العلمية لصيانة وترميم المخطوطات "تجربة المركز الوطني للمخطوطات ملحقة تلمسان"

Résumé: الملخص :تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الترميم وصيانة المخطوطات. من خلال عرض تجربة المركز الوطني للمخطوطات ملحقة تلمسان في توظيف هذه التقنيات، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة قمنا بعرض للأساسيات نظرية حول هذه العملية ومحاولة أسقاطها على اجراءات عملية ترميم لمخطوطة على مستوى المركز، تمحورت تلك العملية حول ترميم التمزقات، والثقوب، وتدعيم جلد الغلاف، وكل ما يخص اساسيات الترميم اليدوي. وكان من أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أن ملحقة تلمسان تتوفر على آليات تقنية ومؤهلات بشرية مدربة في هذا المجال، وقد أوضحت الدراسة كذلك مجموعة من الصعوبات التي تواجهها الملحقة في التطبيق الفعال لعملية ترميم التراث المخطوط. Abstract: The study deals with the issue of restoration and maintenance of manuscripts through a presentation of the experience of the National Center for Manuscripts annex of Tlemcen in the right use of these techniques, and in order to achieve significant objectives, we reliedon regular observation in data collection. And concerning the analysis, we relied on the descriptive approach. We also focused in this study on the conservation and restauration service, as its being responsible for these techniques We can Say That the study showed That the Annex of Tlemcen possesses human mechanisms and compétences in this Field It also highlighted the obstacles and difficulties encountered by the Annex in procédure of restoring the manuscrits heritage
