دراسة المواد الفعالة والنشاط المضاد للتأكسد لنبات Salvia Officinalis المتواجد في الجنوب الجزائري
Résumé: المركبات الكيميائية للزيت الطيار لنبتة الميرامية ) Salvia officinalis ( للجزء الهوائي منها والمقطوفة من الجنوب الجزائري ، تم استخلاصها بواسطة التقطير المائي بمردود 1.48 . % تم التعرف عن الخصائص المضادة للتأكسد للزيت الطيار . واستخدمنا طريقة واحدة لتقدير النشاط المضاد للتأكسد وهي طريقة تفخيخ الجذر الحر) DPPH . ) كما تبين أن لزيت Salvia officinalis نشاط مضاد للتأكسد عالي إذا ما قارناه بمضادات التأكسد التجارية مثل فيتامين E هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى تقدير الفاعلية ضد الحيوي لسلالات متعددة )التركيز الأدنى المثبط CMI . )The chemical constituents of the essential oil from aerial parts of Salvia officinalis, Algerian south. The oil yield of the dried plant obtained by hydro distillation was 1.48 % (w/w) . In addition، the antioxidant properties of essential oil was examined . the antioxidantactivity was investigated with one method : 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging method. The oil demonstrate antioxidant capacities، comparable in some cases to that of vit-E، on the other hand the antimicrobial activity evaluation (zone of inhibition and inhibiting minimal concentration CMI)
