Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أحد الميادين الأساسية لضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر، وهو ميدان العلاقة بين الجامعة والمحيط الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي من خلال الشراكة بين الجامعات والمؤسسات المنتجة، بتسليط الضوء على مبادرة جامعة سطيف1 في هذا المجال من خلال " مشروع المزرعة التجريبية " الذي يستهدف المؤسسات المنتجة في القطاع الفلاحي الذي يميز ولاية سطيف كقطب فلاحي متكامل. This research paper aims to study one of the basic aspects in ensuring the quality of higher education in Algeria, which is linking the university to the social and economic environment through partnership with productive institutions, by highlighting the initiative of University Setif1 in this field through "The experimental farm project" which targets the productive institutions in the agricultural sector that distinguish the wilaya of Setif as an integrated agricultural pole.
