معوقات الإبداع الإداري بمديريات الشباب والرياضة الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات الابداع الإداري بمديريات الشباب والرياضة الجزائرية. حيث أجريت الدراسة الميدانية بالمديرية المنتدبة للشباب والرياضة برج باجي مختار -أدرار، ولتوصل إلى أهدف الدراسة تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي مستخدما استمارة اِستبيانية حيث تم الاعتماد في معالجة البيانات على نظام الحزم الإحصائية spss. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن ليست هناك معوقات عقلية تعترض الابداع الإداري بمديريات الشباب والرياضة برج باجي مختار، إنما هناك معوقات انفعالية، ودافعية وتنظيمية تعترض الابداع الإداري بمديريات الشباب والرياضة. ومن خلال ذلك تم استنتاج أن هناك معوقات تعترض الابداع الإداري بالمديرية المنتدبة للشباب والرياضة برج باجي مختار -أدرار. Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the obstacles of administrative creativity for youth and sport. The field study was conducted at the Directorate of Youth and Sports Borj Baji Mukhtar – Adrar In addition, to achieve the objectives of the study was applied descriptive method using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was adopted in the processing of data on the statistical package system spss. The study concluded that there are no mental obstacles exposed to the administrative creativity of Youth and Sports at Borj Baji Mukhtar. However, there are emotional, and the motivation and organizational constraints exposed administrative creativity youth and sport. It was concluded that obstacles hindering the administrative creativity of the Directorate of Youth and Sports, Borj Baji Mukhtar - Adrar.
