تجاوزات الاحتلال الفرنسي تجاه الشعب الجزائري خلال ثورة التحرير 1954- 1962 حسب القوانين الدولية.

Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: يعالج هذا المقال قضية من أهم القضايا التي عاشها الشعب الجزائري خلال فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي؛ وهي قضية التجاوزات المخالفة للقوانين والتشريعات والقيم الإنسانية التي قام بها الاحتلال الفرنسي تجاه السكان الجزائريين، و من خلال بحثنا هذا قمنا بعرض أوضاع الجزائريين في ظل الاحتلال الفرنسي، إضافة إلى التعريف بأهم التجاوزات القانونية التي مارسها هذا الأخير ضدهم من قمع وقتل جماعي للأهالي، وأساليب التعذيب المختلفة، وذلك حسب مجموعة من أهم القوانين الدولية التي تبين أساليب التعامل مع السكان ومن ثم إسقاطها على الواقع المعاش في الجزائر خلال فترة الثورة التحريرية 1954- 1962. Abstract: This article deals with one of the most important issues that the Algerian people lived through during the French occupation. It is the issue of the violations of the laws, legislation and human values that the French occupation committed towards the Algerian population, and through our research we presented the conditions of Algerian under the French occupation, in addition to introducing the most important legal abuses that the latter practiced against them, including the mass repression and killing of the people, and methods Various torture, according to a group of the most important international laws that outline the methods of dealing with civilians and then projecting them to the lived reality in Algeria during the period of the liberation revolution 1954-1962.
